Refund policy

At Suzoo, we aim to provide high-quality products. Since our products are custom-designed and printed, we have a limited return policy.

Eligible for Return/Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item/size
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

You must raise a request within 7 Days of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos as proof

Not Eligible for Return

  • Size issues (please check size chart carefully before ordering)
  • Change of mind / dislike of design
  • Slight color variation (due to screen/display differences)
  • Minor print placement variations

Replacement Process

  • Once approved, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost
  • No cash refunds (only replacement/store credit)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
