At Suzoo, we aim to provide high-quality products. Since our products are custom-designed and printed, we have a limited return policy.
Eligible for Return/Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item/size
- The product has a manufacturing defect
You must raise a request within 7 Days of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos as proof
Not Eligible for Return
- Size issues (please check size chart carefully before ordering)
- Change of mind / dislike of design
- Slight color variation (due to screen/display differences)
- Minor print placement variations
Replacement Process
- Once approved, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost
- No cash refunds (only replacement/store credit)
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
